Modify an EPS graphic file for a snowmobile

I have a graphic file in EPS format and a high resolution version of it which I need to modify. The required modification is to create a new version of the graphic. This project is suitable to a graphic designer or someone familiar with editing EPS format files. I’m looking for a creative and reliable freelancer to get the job done perfectly and on time.

I need to have the attached basic EPS file adjusted so it looks like a Tron cycle. This is a graphic pattern for a Yamaha Snowmobile. It should be an easy and quick task. It will be outlining a few of the panels with a stripe, adding in a picture of a viper snake, and an area for registration numbers both fixed and replaceable.

This is not a high priority item, but I also do not want it to go on for a long time. This will be modifying the front graphics in the EPS to get a Tron light bike feel. The EPS file is the template for the vinyl stickers that are applied to the front of the snowmobile.
