Modify an api

We have an api that integrate with our Online store which is gift card code generation .

we want to be able to change the percentage price for each gift card code. For example now the web site is doin sell a gift card code for bitcoin and USDT, BTC, ETH, BNB and BUSD and when we change the percentage price it change them all of them which not we want.
I want each of them has it own percentage price.

When the user want to buy Gift Card Code he will chose one of the crypto list and enter the amount that he want in SAR .

1. We want to be able as admin to change the percentage price for each crypto curancy separately .
2. When the user want to buy he will put the amount on SAR Saudi Riyal not USD. (USD/3.75) .
3. I need to remove this section from fahd84110.net. (as customer chose قي مة اخرى).
4. I need to control IP for the visitor for the website , I need only people from Saudi Arabia

5. Change the API price from Coinmarketca.com to Binance Price API
