Modern Banking App + Chat

Seeking highly experienced Kotlin designers with the following experience:

Jetpack compose + Material 3.0
USSD + SMS functionality
Agile development
Native experience (Android NDK)
Graphics design a plus (but not required)

Description:

I want a banking app (with chat functionality) that doesn’t use any web APIs but primarily uses USSD + SMS to interact with user data. There are no APIs involved or called (for ex: No web authentication) there’s no CRUD involved. User info/data will be saved locally (sqlite).

A good example of how the app ideally looks like is like “meetcleo[dot]com”. However we do have figma designs. There are only 6 screens in the app. Some screens require dialog boxes or fragments.
