Mobile application for mobile Inter-network recharge

Hello,

I need a Mobile application (Android and iOS) to automate some mobile services such as recharge between mobile networks.

Only the front end for Android and iOS will be developed. The Web API is available.

Application main features to implement at front end:

1) User registration and login full process, profile information view and update
2) Transaction processing
3) Wallet management and Payment processing
4) USSD command running on Mobile phone Operator network
5) Transaction history in customer dashboard
6) Help and Support Page
7) Multi-language (English and French).

Please, this project is very simple and lite. So I prefer deal with developer’s directly without managers.
