Mobil UI graphic designer

We have an existing app that needs an upgrade. We would like to have someone create icons and color schemes for all of the pages in our app. We have an app developer that you will need to collaborate with for this project. He would implement anything that you design. Our current app is in the App Store and Google Play as TOBU Discs App.
