Mirth connect freelancer

I have 2 emr systems in my clinic:
one for dental and uses DBISAM database
And the other for dermatology and uses SQL server database,
I need to sync the patient bio and the doctor visit notes both ways in both systems using either mirth connect or if there is a better alternative
