MILP and MINLP

I am looking for an expert in (Mixed-integer linear programming) MILP and (Mixed-Integer Non Linear Programming) MINLP. My problem is to optimize my objective function related to solar cell, so I need a MILP & MINLP expert who can apply these techniques on my problem and optimize my objective function.
