Migrate to Whatsapp cloud api from on premises api (360Dialog)

Migrate our WhatsApp accounts with BSP (360Dialog) to Whatsapp Business Cloud API successfully. We are facing problem that after successfully migrating to cloud API, we are not able to access the messages api due to lack of permissions. If you have done this before then only go ahead with this project.
