Migrate data from magic.link API to Airtable (via Postman or similar)

We have user information stored on magic.link which we would like to export to Airtable. Magic.link offers an API (no webhooks). Open to recommendations on how best to do this but we assumed something like Postman. We need this quickly so only apply if you have experience and work to complete this quickly.
