migrate a blog to WordPress

I am looking to migrate my blog to WordPress, and need help from an experienced freelancer to make this happen.

I need it to look EXACTLY the same, responsive etc, with EXACTLY the same content.

There are around 100 articles and pages.

It is not an emergency, so we are not in a rush. You can make a copy on your local hosting, then give me a zip or a WP backup.

And it’s a private and personal project, so I’m on a budget.
