MERN stack developer: FINALIZE sugarba.be (50% done): Create similar website to mysugardaddy.eu

Hi,

I want you to create a similar website to mysugardaddy.eu (login and partially credits required).

The project ( https://sugarba.be ) has already been 50% finalised and will be put out to tender again, as the developer no longer has the capacity for it. Project is not time critical.
MERN Backend, frontend and DB are running on premise on an ubuntu VM. You can push to github and any time directly to productive environment to test new implementation immediately. Firebase for email confirmation and Cloud Storage (profile pics) should be insourced.

3 Major phases:
1. High-level functional delta analysis between mysugardaddy.eu and sugarba.be, high leven requirements and high level project timeplan
2a. Implementation to resolve all functional deltas
2b. Include “tinder-like” responsive/”smartphone-installable” design
3. Extensive unit test cases should be created and the final web application should be tested in production

It is a nice and stressless project with nice content to play around. You should see it as a hobby.

Please contact me after deeply analyzing both mysugardaddy.eu and sugarba.be (you may also try the registration process to access the internal area “construction site”) and list the major deltas from your perspective. Not the first one contacting me will win the project, but the one who points out the deltas best and hast the strongest MERN and PWA knowledge.
