MEP for a Residential and Showroom project

We are constructing a Home and a Showroom near Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Need to hire a MEP consultant for plumbing and electrical consultancy.
I am attaching dwg cad file for reference.
NOTE – Preferable for us to do this project in fixed cost rather than hourly basis

REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRICAL DWGS
1.Preparation of Coordinated GFC Electrical Drawing for site execution.
2. Preparation Of panels SLD, Cable Schedule, Road Sections, Earthing Drawing, looping dwgs etc.
3. Technical specifications, schedule of quantities, list of approved makes / materials etc.
4. Providing detailed drawing and designs for implementation
