Mechanical/CAD Design of a Reel

We have a basic design of a reel for a measurement arm (see reel + arm pic). We’d like this finalised for prototyping.
Our list of items to be completed is:

1. Revise for new arm length, segment length
2. Add clips to retain the arm (x20)
3. Add chargers for each arm segment (x20)
4. Add fasteners to hold it together
5. Design and add bearings and central axle
6. Design frame to hold the reel (something like second pic)
