Matrimonial App Development in Flutter

Payment will be made in milestones. Source code will be our property.
We are looking for flutter developer to develop matrimonial Android and iOS App with Admin panel in php for us.
If you already have developed such app or you have licenced source code with you, then you can modify it according to our requirements and give it to us.
After development, you will have to host the app on our server and upload the app on Playstore and App Store. Untill it is not published, your task will not be over and you will get your last milestone of 50% only after app is published.
Backend will be on Google firebase.
There should be beautiful login screen, mobile OTP Authentication.
Only one user can be registered using one mobile number.
There should be customer care ticket system panel also on app.
