Marvel prototype creation

Require a marvel prototype to be created. This is for Web application. Prototype should be highly interactive function like a true website would. There will approx 12 preexisting pages (max 15). We are not looking for new UI/UX development. Looking for freelancers who have done this type of work before. There is opportunity for future prototyping projects for the right freelance. Looking for a 1 week turnaround once awarded
Open to per page quote or a total price. In both cases project will be award as a fixed bid with milestones. Must not exceed budget and NDA is required from finalized freelancer.
