Marketplace App Development

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I need mobile app developed for Apple store. I need an app for local customers to book services with photographers and videographers in their area. Local photographers and videographers will be able to post their services and will be able to accept payments on the app as well. Customers will be able to message videographer and videographers. Videographers will be able to post projects when they sign up. Similar to thumbtack app and Fiverr app.
