Marketing Strategy Needed

I’ve recently launched a new business, the purpose of which is to provide research based on sophisticated AI and financial trend analysis software not previously available to individual investors.

The software has been many years in development and is heavily influenced by consulting to hedge funds. The site is built on Invision Community, a forum platform, in order to encourage diverse views by investors on growth stocks. The URL three w’s then

The cost is $175 per month or $1400 a year, so I’m looking for relatively sophisticated, professional growth stock investors with over $1 million in the market.

I launched the website a couple of weeks ago. I now need a marketing plan and am looking for a marketing professional who can develop a plan that others will implement, or someone who can both develop the plan and implement based on a small monthly fee and participation in the revenues. I’m open to either.
