Introduction:
We’re looking to work with individuals who are able to get behind our vision as a company and help spread our brand awareness. First I’ll go into what we’re about to the customer, and then I’ll explain what we’re looking for in our applicants.
What we’re about:
With the rising “hustle culture”, many things come and go through passing hype. Trends pop up and fizzle out almost as quickly as they appeared. People are grasping for something that will bring them lasting results, and the sad reality is that it isn’t as easy as it’s made out to be.
However, we are convinced that there is an underdog out there. An option that no one is talking about right now, and something that ticks all of the usual boxes (you know, financial stability, time flexibility, “laptop lifestyle”, etc. etc. etc.). Furthermore, it’s virtually bullet-proof. With the amount of people who have lost their jobs due to Covid-19 or to various political/economic consequences, this is now more important than ever.
It’s called insurance adjusting. And although at first glance it might not sound that exciting, we think it’s the single-best career option available right now for a variety of demographics, which we can discuss one-on-one.
First, what’s so special about it? Insurance adjusting as a career option is not one that many people consider as they’re entering the workforce, and as a result the perks that it offers go unnoticed by most. Here are a few.
– It’s a well-paying job.
Whether salaried or as an independent contractor, insurance adjusters can earn a very respectable yearly income, sometimes hitting six-figures.
– No degree? No problem. Only have your GED? Still no problem.
Although some companies may prefer that you have some higher education, it certainly isn’t a must-have.
– Do you want structure or are you more free-spirited?
We’ve got you covered on both fronts. With a salaried 9-5 position, you’ve got your traditional work/home life. Or, as an independent adjuster (IA), you can work as your own representative for various companies. Taking work when – and where – you want it. With variable fee schedules, you’ll get paid PER claim, instead of per hour.
– Location, location, location! Want to work local? That’s available to you. Do you prefer the thrill of storm-chasing and seeing the country? That’s available to you.
– Fulfilling, we help people.
When catastrophe strikes, insurance adjusters are some of the first on the ground to help people start to put their lives back together.
– Life of adventure. An entrepreneur’s dream.
If you choose the independent route, you’re basically running the show. You are your own representative to IA firms, and essentially your own business.
– It isn’t going away.

Overview/Recap:
Our company specializes in offering people an overlooked gem in the trade world.
We provide professional training and licensing within the insurance adjusting industry – taking people from start to finish through learning what insurance adjusting is, up to writing their resume and applying for work. Our training is online and at your own pace, though we do offer support and mentoring if needed.
Of course we cannot guarantee employment, nor can anyone, but we do everything within our power to equip our students with the tools they need to succeed.
Now, with that all out of the way, here’s who we’re looking for:
– Professional, self-motivated individuals who can resonate with our cause/goals.
– Flexible and willing to “talk shop” / brainstorming sessions.
– People who can truly realize the potential here, and are eager to get out there and spread awareness.
We need to catch people’s attention, which is difficult when you’re playing with the word “insurance”.
We are paying a 15% commission to you, after any possible discounts, for each student that comes through your unique affiliate link. At our most popular package, that would be about $400 – $500 PER client. *THIS IS NOT MLM*
