Manage my IG and Facebook and some TikTok

I am a sole proprietor in the wedding industry and am looking to grow my social media presence. I have gotten decent traction in a year, but am ripe for big growth. I am looking for someone who is passionate about helping brands grow, who is willing to experiment and work with me on a daily basis to create the most engaging content. I also need someone to do engagement for me, learn my voice, seek out engaged couples, etc. I have interns to do a lot of the research for curated content and who also manages the repository for all the couples I work with…their engagement photos, vendor names and IGs, etc. I need someone who will give me story ideas and push me to execute them…same for TikTok. I have a lot of my own content that needs to be scheduled strategically on Later.
