Make some additions and connect with DB

Hi Everyone,

I will be happy to work with a pHP expert on an mvc Personel Management website.

More specifically many of the required features are already implemented. Basically we need some additions regarding the fields in the forms and to be connected to the database.
Also the user tab that will contain the personal information for the user has not been implemented. Finally we need to implement the Dashboard of the administrator.

Files and db will be provided in chat together with analytical details.
