The song is called ‘Julie-Julie’. Its about a woman just over 40 who’s marriage suddenly broke up in NYC. Her husband was a successful musician on the local scene. She got through it during a memorial for her father’s recent passing with the phrase ‘it is what it is’. This song is a message of optimism that she doesn’t need to live with ‘it is what it is’ and she can create her own future, i.e. ‘create what it is’. An idea, may be to show the actress writing a letter of positivity to herself, with other scenes intersperse to demonstrate the pain, suffering and re-birth. The end should include a ‘stinger’ with our logo and we’re happy to give the winning creator an opportunity to add their own logo for credit.
