Make a CSGO marketplace Website

I want to make a csgo marketplace website that basically you deposit skins onto and then people add money to the site and buy the skins from them. Then the site sends the skin to them. A good example is cs.deals. People use payment method like G2A pay and they can withdrawal with bank transfer and btc. If someone can do al of this for me I will be willing to pay whatever the price will be. I can handle making the bots but the api needs to be done.
