Mail Dispatcher — 3

I’m looking to hire someone to manage the mail dispatching of official documents at USPS or FedEx. The idea candidate must be a resident of USA. The project is specifically for mail dispatching and no other delivery methods are necessary. Furthermore, tracking of the product is not required. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of managing all mail dispatching processes from start to finish. This includes researching and acquiring the appropriate supplies, preparing the documents for dispatch, distributing the documents, and keeping accurate records for accounts and invoicing. Additionally, this position requires a keen eye for detail and organizational skills as well as a commitment to respect deadlines and maintain a high quality of service.
