Magento Website Update with SEO

We are looking to have our website updated and home page refreshed. Please see all the details before submitting offer – I complete PDF is attached. We will not review auto bidders –

1.) Upgrade from Magento 2.4.3 to 2.4.6
2.) Upgrade php & apache version on server host by GoDaddy
3.)Make sure ALL modules, theme and extentions are current, upgraded and work
4.) Upgrade to new Google Analyatics 4
5.) Update current Magento theme (Porto | Ultimate Responsive Magento Theme)
6.) Optimize entire entire website and speed up
7.) perform on page SEO ( Currently 37,688 pages are not indexing properally and 9013 pages are in Goggle search Consule
8.) Fix all website 404 errors
9.) Fix or install properally the Meetashi ext we have for linking ZOHO CRM to Magento. we have it installed currently but we are not getting any notification emails from Magento ( May be a Magento issue and not Meetashi) but the SYNC whiped out all of our description in ZOHO and over wrote them with the website data. This needs to be fixed.
10) DETAILED work instructions on how to add products to our website. We contract out adding products we need a detailed set of instructions explaining what every field does, the options and how it affects the website. We need this when we have people add the NUMERIOUS number of products
11.) Bulk product upload – we need to upload thousands of products and need the best way possible
12.) Home page refresh – Although we just purchased a new theme about 6 months ago, we are looking to make our home page a little more eye catching and user friendly.

13.) Off Page SEO and Google expert. We also want to continue this relationship with monthly Off Page SEO and Google analaytics
14.) Clean Up and maintain Server files
15.) Magenbto email notification & manual new user confirmation
16.)Fix YouTube video link in products
