Magento Upgrade from 2.2.4 to 2.4.1

Hi,

We are currently using Magento 2.2.4 and need to upgrade to the latest version of 2.4.1.

Our website has a lot of extensions installed, all purchased from reputable suppliers such as Amasty, Aheadworks etc. You would need to upgrade all of these also, and there’s around 20 of them.

The theme we are using is Novetty purchased from Themeforest. This is no longer compatible with 2.4.1 so we’re happy to purchase Porto if you can install that.

Please advise the lead time, cost, what your process would be in terms of would you upgrade to 2.3 then up, straight to 2.4.1, or install a fresh copy and migrate data. We need to be confident you can complete this without any issues, any data loss or downtime.
