Magento Marketplace with stock control ERP system

I need a project quot for this project with 2 steps:

1) Magento 2 Marketplace Shop with app (IOS and Android)

2) System EPR to control and integrate fisical store with one of thtis Marketplace virtual store, with the option to sell this stock controll option system for other marketplaces store owners.

– This system need to have an app integrated to read barcode from fisical shop, to control and integrate bought stock itens fisical+virtual.
Example: I have a fisical shop ok, i sell a shoes there, it needs to scan this shoes barcode with an app, and automatic remove one unit of this from magento stock. And reverse whay as well, when i sell 1 fom my shop in this marketplace, it will remove 1 unit from my fisical shop as well.
