Magento 2.4.4 website require minor customisations and PHP 8.1 FPM issue resolving.

1 – Website works fine with PHP 8.1 Cgi but with 8.1 FPM the shopping cart occasionally becomes zero / resets.
2 – Add a delay on the menu drop down, so when hover over the menu , need to add delay for drop down.
3 – Add “home” shortcut on home page.
4 – Remove menu from mobile tablet theme.
5 – Remove shopping cart from mobile and tablet theme.
6 – Add a line under the menu.
