Luse 100th Anniversary Party – Large Decoration Moving

I am looking for a freelancer to assist with the moving of decorations for our upcoming 100th anniversary party. The items will need to be moved from our office in Aurora, IL to the Willis Tower 99th Floor event space on Friday, Sept 15. The items will need to be picked up the same evening, or Saturday morning, Sept 16 and delivered back to the Aurora office. We will need assistance placing the decorations in the event space on delivery with help of event coordinator.

Items to be moved:
– PVC 100 decoration mounted on plywood sheet (4’H x 6’L x 2’W)
– Sheet metal 100 decoration with wood feet(4.5’H x 4’L x 1’W)
– Small sheet metal LS logo decoration (2’H x 3’L x 0.5’W)
– a few small decorations

I will need assistance with setting up the items at the destination.

Vehicle needed for the move:
– Large Pick-up Truck or Moving Van

Tools Needed for Job:
– Moving straps to secure items in place during transport
– Tarps for water protection as required during transport
– Moving blankets for security and protection during transport
– Furniture dolly/s

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
– Experience in moving and handling delicate items
– Knowledge of proper packing and securing techniques for transportation
