Loyalty program

We are in need of a loyalty program that will help to increase customer retention and reward our loyal customers. Our goal is to create a loyalty system that all of our customers, no matter their demographic, can benefit from.

In order to accomplish this goal, we are looking for somebody to design a points system which would grant our customers rewards as they continue using our products and services. These rewards might include discounts, exclusive perks, etc. based on the total number of points they have accumulated.

The end result should be an engaging system that incentivizes our customers to return to us and stay with us. Our target audience is all customers, so we need a loyalty program that appeals to people of all ages — millennials, Generation X, and baby boomers.
