Looking for Real Estate Home Tour Video Editor — 2

I’m a real estate videographer looking for a professional ongoing video editor to edit my home tour videos for me. I have anywhere from 1 – 4 videos a week depending on how busy the week is and would need a 1 – 2 day turnaround time on the videos.

I need a 2 – 4 minute home tour video edited to music showing off the inside and outside of the home. Some of the time there is drone footage as well. I shoot in a LOG format as well so applying a LUT and adding some color saturation to the footage is also needed. I offer my clients a branded video that includes the realtor’s contact info at the beginning /end of the video with their logo in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Then I need an unbranded video with no realtor contact info so I essentially need 2 different versions of the same video. Check out the samples below to see the previous videos I usually produce:

I will provide you with all the ciips and music in a shared dropbox or google drive folder along with specific instructions for each video explaining the order I want you to put the video clips in to make the work easier on you. I can also give you a 24 – 48 hour notice of when I’ll have a video for you to edit.

I want to find someone who is skilled and I can count on to maintain my quality of work, so providing me with an appropriate quote to do the work I’m looking for is important. Let me know what you think. I would like to keep my price between $30 – $50 per video.
