Looking for only an US citizen student who has experience in Excel

I am looking for a US citizen student who has intermediate expertise with Excel. The student will be responsible for data entry and formatting tasks in Excel and if you have some experience in programming, then it will be better. The project needs to be completed within a week and I will have many similar project in future.
