Looking for Developer for Digital Business Cards(Read and Bid)

I just took over an existing interactive digital business cards business, and am looking to further develop it with the right person or team. Right now it is set up so that each card must be developed in-house, but I’m looking to make it more of a self-service SaaS model, so that the customer can upload their own photos and text and can modify the placement. I’d also like an option for companies to set up a template. Then, I’d like to think through the best hosting model for the cards. I’m also looking to redesign the company website, which can be done at the same time or as a separate phase. Thanks!
