Looking for a Video Editing Team on a Monthly Flat Rate (preferably an agency)

We are a New Zealand based Real Estate Company, keeping in mind our expansion plans, we are planning to outsource our video editing work to an agency or multiple video editors.

Currently, we need 4-6 videos to be edited a day (Mon – Fri). All our videos are usually under 2 mins and, we will provide you with all the motion graphics templates and property details.

Raw footage usually includes 30-50 files on average (each file 20-30 seconds long) and, our in-house editors take 2 hours to edit one video.

Key points you need to know:

1) Our Real Estate Agents expects their listing videos to completed within 48 hours. You need to explain to us how would you be able to edit submitted footage within this time frame?

2) This will be a long term project, we prefer having a monthly flat rate (like videohusky etc).

3) Individual video editors don’t apply, as this will be the work for at least 2-3 editors.
