Looking for a pre-made iOS/Android app to upload immediately to the app store

I have a client looking to have a pre-designed app uploaded to the app store on iOS/Google immediately. Something that will be approved immediately by iOS and Google. Something simple, the company is a recycling comapny. But we need to get this up IMMEDIATELY and must be approved by apple. We have a developer account ready to go!

I do not have time to wait, I need an already developed app to be edited and uploaded and approved.
