Looking for a Logo

Logo needs:

Hello, my name is Pepijn, I’m 23 years old and looking for an awesome, modern but most of all, special Logo for my new company called “Beer Projectmanagement”

-Name of my company: Beer Projectmanagement
-Sort of company: I’m working for multiple company’s and implement software packages for them.
-Beer means the Animal Bear in dutch language, maybe something to implement in the logo
-I need a logo and if possible an Icon to use for website and more. So if possible separated and combined
-Modern Font logo
-Colours: Professional but also special
-PSD, JPEG, PNG, AII version
-Big size

I would like to see samples of this Logo idea. If the logo is perfect I will be having a big second project for you by designing my Website style/layout.
