Looking for a exper to make TrackingSystem

The project consists of Walmart, Shopify, and our tracking system
I think we may need to create our own DBMS where we can keep track of all these orders and Walmart can use this site to determind that an item has been delivered.

We also need to project to report back to Sendowl in a way that shows the item was paid so that a key is issued automatically.

first i think we should do the front end page
