Looking for a creative manager for my Instagram account

I am 26 years old female, studying full-time and taking aside from it singing and acting classes. Speaking three languages(English, Russian and Tajik), athletic and travelled in more than 30 countries. I am looking for a manager to help me with my Instagram account, such as creatively building it so it shows all above skills I am studying now. Account has to be predominantly focusing on teaching people something new as well helping me to get roles on auditions. I have quite a lot of great ideas but I need someone who can help me with organizing it and attracting desired audience.
