I am seeking a few long term developers, who is capable of working on a weekly basis in american time (pacific).

For the right developer this a long term opportunity that will provide stable work. You must be able to work 10am-6pm PDT weekdays. There will be some weeks where we must work to meet specific deadlines.

The ideal developer will possess a wide knowledge of full stack development and will be able to develop in both front and backends. While most of our work is centered around mobile development, there are times when we must develop .NET or other desktop primary applications.

Qualities you MUST have:

– Good communication, this is not up for debate. If you can not communicate clearly and effectively then there is no potential for us to work together.
– Responsible – deadlines are important and us meeting them as a team is crucial to our relationships.
– Honesty – all long lasting relationships both business and personal are built on honesty. If you are not an honest person in general pleade do not apply.
– Demonstrate proficiency in your work. You must be able to demonstrate you know your work and how to develop high functioning applications.
– ENGLISH SPEAKING – we do not mind developers from other countries and welcome all to apply, but you must be able to speak english comprehensively and maintain full conversations both written and verbally.
– Stable internet

Nice to haves:
– Game development skills (Unity, Unreal)
– Prior enterprise level work
– Scrum skills
– Understanding of sprints and how they work
– Past e-commerce portfolios
– Virtual reality/AR experience

Frameworks and stacks we expect you to know –

HTML/CSS, JAVASCRIPT, MERN REACTNATIVE, FLUTTER, PHP (LARAVEL PREFERRED), AWS, SQL, FIREBASE, .NET, SWIFT, KOTLIN, PYTHON & RUBY.

Nice to know –

C#/C++ & Objective C
