Long-term Bilingual Client Services (English/Spanish)

We are a growing immigration and personal injury law firm looking to add a Bilingual Client Services associate who is detail orientated, has great communication skills, and loves to speak with clients on the phone.

Client Services Responsibilities:

– Serve as principal point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of their case
– Learn and maintain a working level knowledge of all steps and processes for each case
type
– Establish good rapport with clients, focusing on building trust and serving as a resource through the legal process
