Logo work Constant and ongoing

Hi. I have been working with a company that has done all my clients logos for five years and u fortunately I am very disappointed in them lately and am looking for a new company to work with. On average I have about 2-4 projects per month and I need RElIABILiTY and quality.

Please tell me the following: (If not answered I will not select your company)

1)how much do you charge for a logo
2)how many rounds does that include
3)I require all file formats including AI given to me on completion so I can give my client.
4)for larger projects like flyers etc what is your hourly rate?
5)what is turnaround time for logos?
