Logo Design for Short Term Rental Property Management Company

We are looking for a logo that is a high quality version and vector format so we can use for branding in future. We do not need anything overly complicated and want a simple, minimalistic design.

A few details:
-Company Name: Contigo Properties
– It is for a short term rental (Airbnb type) property management company so we help people with renting out their properties
– We really like the first logo design with the house in the back, but look forward to your ideas!
– We would need a purple, black, and white version (transparent versions and ones with a background, depending on what we brand on)
– Contigo means “with you” so that is what we are targeting in our message. “Hosting/working with you”
