Localization for existing android & iOS apps

Hello freelancers!
A portable camera imported from China which has it’s own app needs localization. SDK for both iOS & Android is available and the mobile app is also available and functioning. We require for the app to be localized in terms of regional settings, language, GUI, currency, server location. App is currently in English and we need to add Arabic as well. Arabic translation is available with us. Developer must be able to localize both platforms since source code is NOT Cross-Platform. Minor GUI changes may be required since Arabic is RTL.

Deliverables must include source code, documentation, & APIs. Both apps must be pushed to Google PlayStore & Apple App Store as a part of deliverables.
