Live Chat / Customer Support

We are looking for a full time live chat and customer support person.

Must be available for the hours of 9am – 5pm EST – monday to friday.
or 5pm – 10pm EST. – monday to friday.

Must have excellent english writing and speaking skills.

Will be responsible for the following:

– Managing Live chat requests
– answering the telephone to take messages or direct calls.
– respond to customer service tickets
– manage sales people responses within clients and manage client requests

Qualifications:
– must have perfect english writing skills
– must have fluent english speaking skills
– must have experience working in similar roles in the last 3 years
