List for cold calls

We are looking for an individual to generate a list of leads on a daily basis for the companies located in Ottawa – Canada who would be interested in our service within the region of Ottawa – Canada. The list should be for the private sector and must be of adjacent locations, in Excel format containing the company name, activity, contact person, his/her position in the company, phone number and extension, Email, address, phone number, and number of employees in the company. The list should be of verified information.
Payment should be done for each 100 contacts on a revolving basis.
