linkedin lead gen php project

I need a php 5 script to query the linkedin API for lead gen data.

The script needs to:

run from the command line with no user input
authenticate itself with no user input
fetch each of the ad form’s form response data (refer to Fetching Ad Form Responses)
populate the data into 1 MySQL table
return all results and account for pagination

There should be a simple MySQL table created that includes these columns:

idauto (MySQL auto increment)
createddate (MySQL auto create)
id (from linkedin)
account
campaign
creative
form
answers – you could concat the key=value pair value sets into this field. or just store the json array
consentResponses
submittedAt
hiddenfields – you could concat the key=value pair value sets into this field. or just store the json array
leadType
testLead
