Lead generation for hvac (appointment setting)

We are looking for a call center to do lead generation for our hvac ISO (independent sales organization).
The call center or free lancer should have experience and have their own dialer + data.
We pay per lead or hourly but the pay per lead is always more interesting for agents since at the end of the day you do more with that.
We need volume and a solid team to work long term with us.
