Larvel changes. Only demostrable expert

I must do many small change to a laravel project. my max budget is 150$ for all changes. Dealdline a week. The conditions are: demostrate real experience in Lravel and chartsjs, so it is necessary send me web application in laravel (not simple web) and make a proof before open the milestone.
