Laravel React Developer to develop the lottie animation store(Editing lottie, download edited lottie to Lottie Json, SVG, Gif, video)

We want to create a Website where clients can download Lottie animations Like this

Here is the project detail.
1. Website where clients can search by categories, buy, and download Lottie animations.
2. Three pricing features:
First pricing feature: a user can download only animated Illustrations
second: a user can only animated icons
Third: a user can download everything.
There are two payment method: paypaI and stripe to download and buy product.
3. I want users to search all animations by categories and preview them before buying.
4. In the Frontend there is an editor to change stroke size and color.(if possible, change the animation speed too.)
* Please start the proposal with “Lottie” after understanding the project fully.
5. In the Backend there is a little CRM to manage users and transactions easily.
6. Design and Prototype will be provided in Sketch.
