Kotlin Android Notification like Wa or telegram call

this apk goal is
1. sending message to another device
2. instead of notification on taskbar when received message apk will handle received message like when you received gsm call or whatsapp call or telegram call which will appear full screen
3. when received message just like phone call, it will received message and data(link of image)
4. just like whatsapp call or gsm call, this will active even screen lock or you’re opening another apk
