Joomla booking membership

Hi,
We have a Joomla site for our fishing lakes and need a specific add on writing for it

We require an annual membership payment platform with a waiting list

Additionally, when someone is a member they have to book on so that we know how many are on each lake. the booking is free as they have annual membership
We would also like a list per venue showing who has booked on that logged on members can see
